Every year at this time, Congressman Royce opens his Orange County office and invites the people of the 40th Congressional District to an Open House. It is a chance for his constituents to talk with him about the issues that are important to them. Please mark your calendar and make it a point to stop by the Open House set for Monday, November 30th, from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. in the Orange County office, 1110 E. Chapman Ave., Suite 207, Orange.
