U.S. Representative Ed Royce

39th District of California

Each year Rep. Royce has the privilege of nominating young men and women of the highest caliber to our nation's military academies. America’s service academies are some of the most prestigious educational institutions in the world that offer students an excellent education in addition to a commission as a military officer. The appointment process is rigorous, highly selective and based on a candidate's academic achievement, athletic ability, extracurricular activities and community service.

The application for those seeking a nomination from Rep. Royce this year to attend a military academy is now available here. Applications are due no later than 5:00 PM PST on October 23, 2015.

Applicants can find a copy of the Letter of Recommendation cover letter here.

Note: All attached pages in a submitted application must have the student's name and page number on them. Please submit completed applications in a single envelope or folder.
